Return and Exchange Policy
If there is something that is not what you had expected, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Nevertheless, you are required to keep the item in its original condition. It means unwashed, unworn and unused within 14 days of receipt.
The return may be made in person or via post. The postage cost will be at the customer’s expense, and we recommend that you use a registered mail. We (Cocoon Home) is not liable for the loss of the item on being returned.
If the item(s) that we received are faulty, we will cover all the postage costs.
Please contact us by email or phone to organise a return and must be done before postage of the item.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email or phone. You are required to keep the item in its original condition as per the details above. Once we receive the item, the new choice can be collected from in-store or posted at the customer’s expense.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be in the form of a credit note. You can use the credit note either our in-store or online shopping. Please be advised that the credit note is valid for six months from the date of issue.
*Please note there will be no return or exchange offered on sale items.
If you cannot decide on a replacement straight away, we are happy to provide you with a credit note of the total value of the purchase, minus the postage costs. There is no expiry date for the credit note.
